David is responsible for maximising returns from Goodman UK Business and Science Park investment assets by active asset management.

A Chartered Surveyor, David has some 24 years experience in property, mostly in commercial valuation, transactional and general professional work, having spent 11 years in private practice with Mellersh & Harding, Hirshfields and then Allsop before moving to Goodman in 1997.

From a base of less than £100m of investment assets, David has been part of a team that has delivered, within the Arlington Business Parks Partnership, a fund with a current Gross Asset Value of approximately £1.24bn including investment assets of £1.13bn.
