James is responsible for all aspects of the financial management of Goodman's UK businesses, including strategic financial planning, financial control and compliance.

James joined Goodman in 2005 and oversees Goodman’s dedicated UK Business Parks finance team. As well as being a qualified chartered accountant, James is dynamic treasurer, and has been instrumental in combining proactive risk leadership with shrewd capital management across Goodman’s platforms in the UK and overseas. This includes the £1.24bn Arlington Business Parks Partnership Fund.
