Jim oversees Goodman’s UK Business and Science Parks portfolio and also has overall responsibility for managing the £1.24bn Arlington Business Parks Partnership (ABPP) fund.

Jim oversees Goodman’s collaboration with high profile JV partners in both the public and private sectors to develop some of the world’s leading science park locations, which foster open innovation and alliances between business, research organisations and academia. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Jim has over 25 years experience in the property industry.

During his career at Goodman, Jim has led the development team in the acquisition of a number of new developments. He has secured planning approvals for more than 6m sq ft of mixed use development, initiated new development activity and orchestrated over 3m sq ft of leasing and sales. This included being part of the senior management team responsible for the acquisition of Akeler in 2006 for £600m.
